A brilliant process from beginning to end. Jonathon's design was far superior to other ideas that had been put forward. The kitchen then developed around the design as it was built by a great team of fitters. John T just wouldn't rest until he'd got the canopy over the oven exactly right. We are so pleased with the bespoke design of our new kitchen from Bliss Kitchens. Jon was spot on with suggestions on how best to use the space we had - incorporating pullout drawers for tinned goods, spices, saucepans, along with a pullout rubbish bin drawer too. He listened to what we required incorporating tray storage, and better undersink storage; cutlery and utensil drawers were spaced for our requirements. We have a most workable kitchen that has been fitted with great skill by John and Andy who themselves were able to advise about final detail throughout the fitting. In all matters, an impressive service from Bliss.

Arthur and I would like to say how delighted we are with our new kitchen. The carcasses and doors look fabulous, thank you Jon. The decision to have wood interiors was a good one, lovely. John, Andy and Lee plus the plasters were a pleasure to have in the house. They worked so well together, and were such fun. We have probably been fussy customers(!) but your patience has been much appreciated. Vicki and Carrie are so personable and have sorted all our little niggles out.
